At Happy Hero, many of our products are made to order and personalized just for you. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on the item purchased.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipment. Personalized items may require additional time depending on order volume and production needs.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

At this time, Happy Hero only ships within the United States.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may cause delays or prevent delivery.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order is placed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Happy Hero is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped and accepted by the carrier. If your package is delayed or marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If needed, you may also contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because many of our products are custom-made, order changes or cancellation requests must be made within 30 minutesof purchase. After that, requests are handled at our discretion, as production may begin shortly after the order is placed.
