Refund policy
At Happy Hero, each item is custom-made just for you and your pet. Because our portraits and personalized products are created specifically from the photo and details you provide, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
That said, your happiness with your order truly matters to us. If there is an issue with your final product, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.
If you receive the wrong item, the wrong size or print, or if your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it. In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue quickly.
If you placed your order and changed your mind, you may request a cancellation or order change within 30 minutes of purchase. After that time, cancellation or change requests may be approved only at our discretion, since artwork production may begin shortly after the order is placed.
Please note that we create your custom artwork using the photo you upload at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to submit a clear, high-quality image that follows our photo guidelines. Low-resolution, blurry, dark, or obstructed images may affect the quality of the final result, and in those cases we cannot guarantee a replacement, refund, or revision.
We also cannot guarantee that all special edit requests can be completed exactly as requested. For example, major photo changes such as changing facial expression, opening or closing a mouth, or recreating missing details may not always be possible. Minor adjustments may be possible depending on the image provided.
Please keep in mind that the examples shown on our website are created from high-quality, high-resolution photos. The better the photo you send, the better your final portrait will be.
