Upload a photo when you order—almost all images work. If something doesn’t look right, we’ll contact you

Add your pet’s name, choose a background color, select your preferred style, and pick your size + frame.
We create & ship it
Once you place your order, we create your digital portrait and prepare it for delivery.
Unbox & enjoy
Once it arrives, hang it up (or gift it!) and enjoy seeing your pet on your wall every day!
Frequently asked questions
What’s a great photo?
- Good lighting matters
Choose a bright, well-lit photo—natural light is best. Please skip filters if you can. - Front-facing + close up
A clear photo taken straight on that shows the ears, head, neck, and a bit of the chest is ideal. - Try to avoid
Top-down shots, blurry/dark photos, or heavy edits. Photos where your pet is lying down usually don’t work well.

Can I have more than one pet in my portrait?
Yes! You can order 1-pet, 2-pet, or 3-pet portraits. If you’d like more than 3 pets in one portrait, just message us and we’ll help you set it up.
What animals can you do?
All kinds! Dogs, cats, bunnies, birds—and pretty much any pet you can think of. If it’s an animal, chances are I can make a portrait of it.
Just a heads up: I don’t create portraits of humans (even if you’re adorable).
What if I need to change my order?
No problem — just email us within 30 minutes of placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
After 30 minutes, most changes (including address updates) usually can’t be made since production starts quickly. Changes may also cause a small shipping delay.
Can I see it before it ships?
To keep orders moving quickly, we don’t send proofs or previews before shipping. If the photo you uploaded isn’t a good fit, we’ll contact you to request a new one.
